I’m writing this for my closest girlfriends, who are building careers in finance, healthcare, management, and technology. Who aspire to be leaders in their organizations and industries. And who also want to build a family.

When I was pregnant with my twins in 2014, I didn’t know any women with a supercharged career and a family that I could relate to. I spent hours reading blogs, medical journals, pregnancy & baby books, and talking to friends, family, and coworkers (mostly male).

Now nearly 2 years into motherhood, I survived life with twins, started a new position at a Fortune 100 company, and feel proud of my accomplishments at home and at work. I’d like to share some of my best tips and tricks for managing the motherhood part of the equation.
